• Distinguished Coastal Act attorneys explained the legal implications of various adaptation strategies, incorporating considerations of constitutional law.
• Analysts discussed the economic consequences of adaptation options for residential and commercial property and local governments.
• Keynote Speaker - Presented a scope of work focused on understanding the information used by the California Coastal Commission and local planners in the Local Coastal Program amendment process.
• Prominent coastal engineers presented creative solutions to adapt to different scenarios of future sea level rise.
